Customer service is great. First one came in pretty quickly but the carb cap was broken. Sent another one out right away. It showed up and another part was broken. Ceramic is great, but it has to be in one piece.

Doesn't fit enail
Received product and the part where the enail is supposed to go is too thick.
Also threading is very thin and breaks a little every time pc is disassembled/reassembled.

coil constantly slips on this ceramic nail. China made. Would not purchase again. Got to keep adjusting the coil and raise ur temperature higher than u would like to get a good decent hit.

My only problem with this is it heats up the glass on my rig in about 10 minutes whereas the titanium one didn't even get in warm in over an hr. I'm getting a drop down so it's not directly on my rig so I have a solution.

Cool idea but not so cool function
I just donŠ“ŃĀ»t like the way the coil sits on the nail. It just seems kinda jankey. I wish i would have just purchased the galaxy odyssey and not spent the $100 on the coil and nail set.
