DISCLAIMER: FEDERAL AND STATE LAWS PROHIBIT THE SHIPPING OF ANY ITEMS THAT HAVE TOUCHED A BYPRODUCT OF ANY ILLEGAL CONCENTRATE OR ESSENTIAL IN ANY WAY WHATSOEVER. ANY PRODUCT THAT HAS TOUCHED A BYPRODUCT OF ANY FEDERALLY ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN AND NOT COVERED IN THE BEE HAPPY GUARANTEE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
How It Works
We guarantee you will Bee Happy with your Bee-Nails products. If for any reason you are not happy, return any of your eligible products that have not touched any form of an illegal substance within 30 days after the date of delivery. Partial returns will be refunded by their pro rata share.
Refund requests will not be processed earlier than 14 days after the date of delivery. We offer such an outstanding guarantee because we truly believe you will Bee Happy and want our customers to give them an honest and fair shot.
Eligible Returns
You may return any Bee-Nails product that has not touched a byproduct of an illegal substance except promotional items including but not limited to apparel and stickers.
Prohibited Returns
Promotional items and any product that has touched a byproduct of an illegal substance in any way whatsoever.
To begin the refund process:
1) Fill out the Product Return Form.
2) Download completed Product Return Form and email it to refunds@bee-nails.com with “Refund Request” in the subject line.
3) You will be contacted by our Customer Service team to complete the process.
To begin warranty services:
** Please remember your device has to be registered within 30 days to qualify for warranty replacements.**
1.) Please print and include your completed Product Return Form in your return package so we may expedite your transaction. (Don’t worry about a serial number!)
2.) Package up your device in its original packaging. You may only return Bee-Nails product that has not touched a byproduct of an illegal substance so do not include any used atomizers, mouthpieces, or nails.Please return all eligible products to:

Once we receive your package:
- We will troubleshoot your device to diagnose the issue.
- Any necessary replacements that are needed will be billed to you under a “Warranty Service Repair Fee” in order to comply with federal and state laws that have banned shipping of specific product types.
- Once your return shipping invoice is paid, we will send your device back to the address on your Product Return Form and you will receive a tracking update to your email.
Please print and include your completed Product Return Form in your return package so we may expedite your transaction.
**Once we receive your return, please allow between 7-10 business days for processing. After initiating the refund, funds can take 3-7 business days to post to your account depending on your bank.
