Love bee nail products. However this nail happened to break on me on the first day of use. I did however turn the nail up to 900Ā° so itās probably my fault. The bottom of the nail just popped right off. I still give 5 stars though because i think it is my own fault it broke. I loved it while I had it. Iāve had the coil for over 6 years and will probably just buy another nail as I prefer to keep to bee-nail as my go-to brand.

Good E banger for the price. Holds up well when utilizing either a Enail coil or a torch. Decent thickness. Not sure if it would hold up to drops tho. The side arm the E coil rest on is too thin for my liking due to previous issues with them breaking first. Would definitely recommend trying. Flavor is on point!

Not sure why every nail is different
Iāve had my enail for four years now , never had a problem replacing nails . Bought this again and it didnāt even fit my coil . I asked if I could get it replaced since it should fit perfectly every time , but the only answer I got was to bend my coil . I shouldnāt have to bend anything when your coil and nail cost $50 each . I asked if they would replace the coil if it broke when trying to bend it and got no response. Extremely disappointed in customer service since no one will respond to my emails or calls.

20mm e-banger
I ordered female and they sent male. They said they would exchange it but I gave it as a gift instead. Unfortunately the 1st time it was used it broke at the base where it inserts into the pipe rite at the seam.

there are 2 issues with this banger: 1/ it doesn't allow the coil to sit on the glass arm(it won't let coil move anymore under the angel leading to joint); 2/ it seems that #1 is part of this -- there is a glass-"lyte" sticking INTO banger next to the hole, the SAME AREA that won't allow coil to move more around to rest on glass arm (yes, I realize 1 is *outside* the banger and 2 is *inside* - kinda weird, I know), at any rate the glass-"lyte" chews up swabs leaving behind a "dander" of cotton INSIDE BANGER... ugh.

Not the same size as previous nail
The new female 18mm e banger nail I ordered from your website is not the same size as the one that came with my original purchase. It is 18mm and the coil does fit, however the length of the tube between the bucket and the insert/female part is not the same length, therefore the coil sits way high on the bucket and doesnāt properly heat the bottom of the bucket. Unless I put the coil below the little hook on the banger and secure it with metal wire which I should not have to do or I bend the coil a lot which I donāt want to do. I understand having small variance but this is requiring me to ghetto rig the coil to the bottom of the bucket with metal wire.

I love it! I love the design, I love how fast it heats up, and I love how smooth and flavorful my dabs are while using this. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because you have to be extremely careful with how you hold your rig because the coil WILL fall off if youāre not careful and the cord moves a certain way! So you just have to be very mindful of that, which is sometimes difficult while stoned lol

Device defective out of box
Device heats up wrap way beyond desired temperature and exceeds 1200 degrees, which is beyond regular. It achieves this is under 1 minute.

Thin and Easily Breaks
I complained that my unit did not fit correctly, I received a we could care less reply. It broke within a week. Itās so thin I canāt believe they took it to market. This experience after being a long time fan and buying a lot of bangers, Iām frustrated.

Satisfied with the quality and reliability of the banger. Only Con I have is that you can only buy it from this website. You can't walk into your local headshop when it breaks and pick up a new one. You gotta buy it on here for a hefty price and it comes with an unnecessary carb cap that doesn't really do the job. other than that great product.

Doesnāt keep its heat well.
This banger will waste a lot of your expensive oil, doesnāt keep a consistent temperature all over the banger. Stays too hot on the bottom and burns the oil onto your cheap banger thatās not very thick at all. Breaks super easy when dropped on kitchen table. China glass, not what you want, but third party if you can find 18mm size that fits... Goodluck

E-Nail does not stay secure
The E-Nail doesnāt stay secure on the bucket and falls off which is not good with something youāre heating hundreds of degrees. Iāve ruined a blanket and now burned my leg really badly because it just falls off.

Buyers beware
The included carb cap does not even fit the nail. The banger is so deep, it doesn't even get hot towards the top and thus gets very dirty very quickly and can be wasteful. This is the third quartz ebanger I've bought from Bee Nails, and the design has changed every time, each with their own flaws. I love my enail, but hope they can fix the ebanger design for good!

So they got my 50 bucks. Donāt let it happen to you. Poor quality ebanger, even worse dabber. No logos and poor function. Donāt BEE like me. Buy quality quartz at a more reputable distributor.
